Payment Methods

This page explains the payment methods accepted by HACCO LTD and how payments are processed.

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

PayPal

Bank Transfer (Pay by Bank)

All payments must be completed in full before an order is processed or dispatched.

1. PayPal

Customers may complete payment securely via PayPal at checkout.

Important information:

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully authorised and confirmed by PayPal.

PayPal payments are typically confirmed instantly.

Dispatch and delivery timeframes begin after payment confirmation.

Customers do not need a PayPal balance and may use supported debit or credit cards through PayPal, subject to PayPal’s own terms and conditions.

We do not store or process your card details directly when paying via PayPal.

2. Bank Transfer (Pay by Bank)

We also accept direct bank transfers.

When selecting Bank Transfer at checkout:

Bank details will be provided after you place your order.

You must use your Order ID as the payment reference.

Orders will not be processed or dispatched until cleared funds are received in our account.

Bank transfers may take 1–3 working days to clear, depending on your bank.

Failure to include the correct reference may delay order processing.

Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP £) and Euros (EUR €), where applicable.

The final payable amount is shown at checkout before payment is made.

Any currency conversion fees or charges applied by PayPal or your bank are outside our control.

We do not add hidden payment processing fees.

Order Processing & Confirmation

Full payment is required before any order is processed or dispatched.

You will receive an order confirmation email once payment has been successfully received.

If payment is not completed, the order will not be fulfilled.

We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe.

Not Currently Accepted

We do not currently accept:

Direct card payments outside PayPal

Buy Now, Pay Later services (e.g. Klarna, Clearpay)

Cash on delivery
