This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed with HACCO LTD through our website.
1. Shipping Origin
HACCO LTD works with international suppliers and fulfilment partners.
As a result, products may be dispatched from overseas locations, including China.
This sourcing model enables us to offer a broader product range and competitive pricing.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–5 working days after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
Processing times may be extended during peak trading periods, public holidays, or promotional events.
Processing time does not include delivery time.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timeframe: 15–25 working days from dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be delivered within 30 days of the order being placed unless a longer delivery period has been expressly agreed.

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you once the goods are delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Refusal of delivery

9. Missing or Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or tracking indicates delivery but you have not received the parcel, you must contact us within a reasonable time so that we can investigate with the courier.
We may require confirmation of delivery details before issuing a replacement or refund.
