4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Origin:
Many products are shipped directly from international suppliers, including China.

Processing Time:
1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time:
8–15 working days (estimated only).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, logistics delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Tracking information is provided where available. Orders may be delivered by third-party logistics providers or local carriers.

Risk of loss passes to you once goods are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

5. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed at checkout in the applicable currency.

Payment must be made in full before dispatch.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed.

In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6. Customs & Import Duties

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns Process

We do not publish a fixed return address. Return instructions are provided after a return request has been submitted and approved.

Depending on the item and order size, returns may include:

A return QR code

Collection from your address

A specified return address

Returns sent without prior authorisation may delay processing.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If cancelling due to a change of mind:

Items must be unused and in original condition

You may be responsible for return costs

A £4.99 return handling fee may be deducted from your refund

This fee does not apply to faulty or incorrect items.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of:

Receiving the returned goods, or

Receiving evidence that goods have been returned

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Standard delivery costs will be refunded in accordance with UK law. Premium delivery upgrades are non-refundable.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate

Return costs will not be charged

Your statutory rights are not affected.
