6. Good Faith Declaration

The claim is made in good faith

You understand that submitting false or misleading claims may result in legal consequences

We reserve the right to share complaint details with the alleged infringer where appropriate.


7. Investigation & Enforcement

Upon receiving a valid complaint, we may:

Temporarily remove or restrict the content

Request additional documentation

Contact the supplier for clarification

Permanently remove infringing listings

Suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders

Investigation timeframes may vary depending on the complexity of the claim.


8. Counter-Notice Procedure

If a seller or supplier believes content was removed in error, they may submit a counter-notice including:

A detailed explanation

Supporting documentation

Confirmation that the use is authorised or lawful

We will review counter-notices in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the parties may need to pursue resolution through appropriate legal channels.


9. Repeat Infringer Policy

HACCO LTD operates a repeat infringer policy.

Accounts found to repeatedly or intentionally infringe intellectual property rights may be:

Restricted

Suspended

Permanently terminated

We reserve the right to refuse service to users who repeatedly violate IP rights.


10. Limitation of Liability

HACCO LTD sources products from independent third-party suppliers.

While we take reasonable steps to prevent infringement, we:

Rely on supplier representations

Do not manufacture all products listed

Cannot guarantee the absence of infringement without notice

We act promptly upon receiving properly documented complaints.

Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable law.


11. Governing Law
